This standard North American Flow Tap has a spring-loaded shaft that automatically moves the shaft into the closed position when the tap handle is released. (Rear closing)
No ability to control the flow of the liquid dispensed. Best to keep in a non-mobile place (counter top/bar) to avoid accidental bumping of tap which could release liquid if the keg is pressurized.
